Whether you are answering a call to become a Systemic Constellation Facilitator, seeking to expand and embody your existing skills, or longing to transform the relationships in your life, this program offers a pathway of growth, depth, and meaningful change, both professional and personal, this training is for you. The training consists of two levels: the foundation and the practitioner training. Both are in person are take about 95 hours of training. Many schools offer online trainings; these will NOT prepare you to be a facilitator. Systemic work is a felt modality and as such can only be learned through experiencing the work physically and in person. When you have trained at another institution you can join our training. Get in contact for a brief interview about which level you can enter. This training is experiential and interactive, whilst profoundly steeped in both systemic and non-systemic theory. It combines the phenomenological approach to transgenerational healing with a neurological and somatic background. Foundation training In this training you will explore the fundamentals of systemic work. You will learn to observe and make small interventions phenomenologically and distinguish this from psychological and cognitive healing modalities. You will do many small and medium sized constellations, which will be evaluated and related to the theory. When doing this you will receive deep personal healing and insight, as it is a common wisdom that a healer can only take his clients as far as he or she has gone him- or herself. So, whilst benefitting on a personal level, you will benefit on a professional level in two ways. You’ll learn to facilitate, and you’ll be able to take your clients as far as you have got. After this training you will look at the world, relationships and mental health in a different way. After the training, you will be able to facilitate small constellations, 1:1 and up to 4-5 people, on a basic level with basic themes. The foundation training gives you access to enrol in the practitioner training. It consists of 90 hours of in person training, which will give you access to membership of professional organisations, as listed below. Practitioner training The practitioner training will be (even) more geared towards becoming a professional as compared to the foundation training. The training will be building on the learning that was received in the foundation training and will be more focused on the general and the wider field. It will still be profoundly healing on a personal level, as will your practice once you start facilitating your own constellations. There will be room for students to have a constellation done for themselves (3 per module). The learning of the foundation training will be reiterated on a deeper level, so that any gaps will be stopped and anything forgotten will be rehearsed. On this deeper level concepts will be worked out in a broader and more detailed way, introducing new concepts such as archetypes and different models of constellating, and many more, tailoring the learning to highly professional standards. Client practitioner relationship and therapeutic contracting are examples of what will be explored in that aspect. Some attention will be paid to setting up your own practice. A more proactive and professional approach will be asked from the students, including reading and a written or visually expressed exploration of a relevant systemic topic. After this training, you will be able to constellate medium complex constellations with groups larger than 6 representatives. You can work on ancestral and concurrent issues, work with a variety of models, have a basic understanding of cultural sensitivity within constellations. You will be able to make a clear distinction between psychological and systemic interventions and apply them as appropriate. You will be able to learn from yourself and from peers, the interaction and support of which is highly encouraged.
